Spotted a crane down near the site on Wilmington - assuming it’s for this?
The one they have the road closed for? I think that’s for signage on one of the buildings

Happened to be driving through with the family this morning and saw this…they were removing from the roof what looked like a very large HVAC system or something.

This is interesting, a 5k square foot empty lot was just listed For Sale, that backs up directly next to the Acorn Apartments. For $750K I anticipate this to sell very quickly, but I’m curious why then went the route of using Redfin and Zillow to advertise.

Yea that is interesting. One other lot between this and the hotel by the way. Also only zoned DX-3-UG. And also in the Prince Hall Historic District.

Given that it’s in the historic district, a really sharply designed 3-5 story multifamily with first floor retail wouldn’t be a bad thing here at all.
