Andaz (by Hyatt) would be nice given the loss of Kimpton and tends to be unique, locally inspired design property to property.
Soft brand chains like Luxury Collection (by Marriott) would fit in nicely here potentially too for completely distinct personality with the appeal of chain association that draws in business travelers that stick to their hotel programs.
That was my first thought just from being called townhouses but the development application shows 0 dwelling units so must just be office units or hotel units.
I know Iām like a eightieth person to say this, but the renderings look fantastic and all that, and it would awesome if this actually ended up looking anything like the renderings, but a lot of us will believe it when we see it in real life.
