Man, that little space to the left of Oak Steakhouse is what we need more of - Imagine a whole block of retail spaces that size, would encourage so many more local entrepreneurs and start-up retailers. I’ve had a longtime dream of opening a shop in Raleigh (I currently do pop-ups, and have a bookstand at a popular little record shop’s newer location downtown), and I would kill to have a shop in that location… if only I had more $$$

Currently not set up- just had an event so i have to run inventory and reset- give me a few days and I’d be ecstatic if you checked it out!
