I wonder why they went with 5 floors for this. Seems the market could handle more here. Maybe it gets trickier for parking and such as you continue to scale up.

True. If this project was envisioned under this new city council, it probably would have been taller. Once above that substation, the developer could have sold those units all day long!

Did they charge extra for the ridiculously close overhead power transmission lines? That is just a deal killer. notably missing in all the renderings and usually cropped out of all the progress photos. yikes.

I see power lines, the local feed and the ones feeding the substation on the taller poles as well. I’m using a PC, maybe if looking at on cell phone just cannot see them.

They definitely dont appear in the commercial renderings and condo sales site. I’m on my phone so can’t recall which progress photos i noticed, but if im remembering right, they’re just barely visible on the edges or corners of some pics due to zooming in or how the photo was composed. For that kind of $ they’re selling for, i just think you shouldn’t have to live 10 feet away from that! But the buildings are cool

That west facing 2nd floor is really up there. It might not be a bad place to be if you don’t need the downtown view, and are looking for more of a “bargain” in the building.

This building is looking very impressive. Situated on that small knoll really gives it some presence that at least I didnt get from the drawings.

Residents will start getting pre-drywall walkthrough appointments in the next couple of weeks. Also, I spied a window installed yesterday on our run by the joint!

Oh man that would be cool if you could get a custom mod put in at this point, like a small stash safe (laptops, etc) or a hidden wine storage built into the floor or a wall. Exciting!
