A whole hidden room filled with toilet paper and hand sanitizer!
This guy pandemics…
Darn I’m running out of space to store my toilet paper stash.
LOL that’s a joke son I say a joke
I saw at least 3 windows installed day before yesterday on our run by. All the same unit, but coming along! Supposed to be clad in the next 2/3 weeks!
I’m definitely interested to see the cladding go on. This order of materials for the wall assembly is a bit unusual. (air barrier on insulation board directly on open framing). (More typical is sheathing board on framing, then air barrier, then insulation boards, then air cavity/claddings.)
I’d suggest you get your trailer out of the street before cars start using that street in a couple of months.
And still just 4 windows on that side.
Almost a full wall of the exterior brick treatment. It looks like most of the exterior on the first 2 floors will have this facade.
Southwest corner with the same brick.
Also on the northwest corner near the West parking deck entrance.
Party at @OakCityDylan’s when this is all over?
Street party on Harrington! We don’t have the same view as “my friend”, that’s for sure!
I’m really curious about that second photo, and from which unit it was snapped. I don’t see on the plans anywhere that corner terrace like that is available, and suspect that it’s going to be walled-in with just some windows. If I’m correct, that’s a shame.
I believe it is this one based on my knowledge of the building and from where that shot looks to be taken from:
That sounds very likely. If so, that’s going to be worth the price of admission.
Not to be betty-downer, but seems to be going really slow. Is it just me??
I was thinking the same. Maybe more is going on inside than we know about.
