Kind of dark dreary and industrial, hope the soften this joint up, won’t age well as is.

I think that the aging well scenario is dependent on how well those white panels remain white. If the building has been detailed such that it isn’t a susceptible to streaking, it will look good for years to come. If the building becomes stained quickly, and if it’s not well maintained, it risks “aging” very quickly.

That’s really close! I can at least tell they haven’t tossed any windows into our unit in the last couple of weeks. The white exterior looks good though! Hope you stayed dry!

The commercial space looks to be coming together. Painted steel beams. Still no windows there. Don’t see the garage dressing yet either.
