The Weld - Hammell Dr Developments

It won’t be long until this intersection is unrecognizable. It will be a beautiful thing.

New crane on site this morning!

Also spotted additional pieces of the tower crane that was installed last week, so that should be rising as well.

Goes to show you what public investment does. No way this happens without Dix Park.

I wish we can see some 24 buildings

It’s grown:

At this height it looks like it could be topped out. This really gives a sense of just how massive these buildings will look in the area.

Another one from S Wilmington Street. Know we harp on this all the time but the city really needs to bury the power lines. They keep getting in the way of my beauty shots :nail_care:

Damn that’s tall, but in a really good way :joy:  :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: :eggplant:

Is this crane located so it can be used to build both of the buildings in this project? Are both towers going to go up at once, or will they go up one at a time?

Has somebody already answered these questions?

What I have seen says the second tower would start four or five months after the first. I’m not sure where I saw that.

Have it been five months yet

They’ll be built at the same time but their starts are staggered. No way to tell if the crane will need to be moved cuz I don’t know anything about construction.
