Same architect and verrrrrry similar look as the Park City Phase 2 tower.
Oof parking deck, but yay retail on Morgan. Brown could be an ok main color - happy it’s not “we’re next to a kid’s museum, let’s paint it 15 different loud colors!”

I’m not exactly sure why some are having immediate negative reactions to these plans. The deck will be covered in insulating Bronze glass that will then proceed in a random checkered pattern on the residential units above. It takes 2 seconds to read the exterior finish legend. This has the potential to look really cool!

Because everyone is shocked that each building has a parking deck built in. I’ve just accepted that and moved on. I’m not the one paying for it.
I think this is pretty cool and kind of out of nowhere to be this far along. Nice addition down in that part of town.
Also, Longleaf Swine’s new outdoor seating will be a great vantage point to watch this go up.

I’m happy something is actually going to be built here. I assumed this rezoning was only for ‘sale on’ purposes to another developer. This is going to be a busy little part of town with this + Marbles renovations going on.
Have they mentioned anywhere when they hope to start all of this?

Well guys the developer or the owner wants to their own space because in the city path way their employees are going to be say I can’t afford paying parking in downtown lots it to expensive

OK. This is really cool. And yeah, I ain’t destroying my already terrible eyeballs trying to read those tiny words on that ASR
