I still don’t care for the seafoam BUT it does fit the coastal location.

The top photo (from South Beach) is the only tolerable one, even though I’d still like it much more if it were just painted white.

I think Seafoam is a nice color, the Platform just uses it lazily.

Glad I’m not fresh outta and gotta shell outta 2K monthly for one of these. Young sesame chickens are F’d these days. I understand the appeal of van life.

2k? Ok boomer, maybe in your day. They start at 4k now…

I love how they sneak in seafoam green everywhere. It just ties the whole project together :joy:

I am waiting for a NEON SEAFOAM GREEN SIGN…that would complete the look for sure.

You’d think that SOMEBODY, ANYBODY. from the developer’s team or broader ecosystem would be feeding back the comments from this community about how hated that seafoam green is.

Holy HVAC unit…

There has got to be a better way to cool large apartment complexes. Split units with large compressors

Have they not put up the fencing with razor wire or built the guard towers yet?

That’s pretty typical. My condo at the Paramount is done the same way.
