William Peace and Seaboard Station

Plus it’s sunset so everything looks pretty! Lol

Yeah well the city needs to just downzone to 40 stories for all of the business district. So when the council of slow thanks to 4. Comes and they try to undo something they’ll get sued we should start setting up things now to make it hard for Christina Jones, Jane Harrison, Mary A Black let’s start putting boobey traps down now.

BizJournal reports construction on this project won’t start until 2025. Gonna be a long wait hopefully that means that Turnbridge will work on their other projects in the meantime.

Glad to see that my council of slow is catching on.

I hope Logans doesn’t vacate much sooner than that and leave an empty non-activated cavity of a building for years. Would be a shame with all of the development there that will be completed in '23/'24.

That said, if it means they start the Creamery and focus on that, I support :100:!

Looks like the crane base is in on the C block

These may or may not be out there but I got in contact with some from Turnbridge and I’m happy to share these plans and an additional rendering. Also, they are willing to answer questions so if you have anything on your mind, drop it here and I’ll summarize it for them to answer back.

Damn… alllllll that street frontage and only 4 retail spots planned?? Any idea what the 3 “TH” spaces are?

The dog seems to have some type of toy or bone in his mouth. I’d like some more information about what it is specifically.

There are even pigeons, like in big cities!

They’re from the nearby Pigeon Houses by the creek across Capital Blvd.

It is the tibia of a NIMBY. These developers are getting ruthless.

Thank you Leo! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:
Do they have anything specific in mind for the old Seaboard Station building specifically?
I would love to have two or more restaurants? :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

I believe that they are townhouse units.

I am very confused. Is this all one story? Are the three “TH” townhomes?

The SAL headhouse, sans baggage wing, doesn’t seem to have enough parking to merit a restaurant. I’m thinking event space for the immediate neighborhood as a place holder function until a transit stop becomes available.

Well, there will be several big decks as part of both developments. Seaboard will not be difficult to park at.

True. But, us suburban types like that close-in, open to the sun, acre of asphalt with lots of free parking to feel comfortable.

True I hate parking decks.

Yeah as much sense as it makes that TH = townhouse… just planning exactly 3 townhouses kinda randomly plopped in the middle of this huge multi-tower project seems… odd.
