In response to the criticism of the 40-story rezoning proposed for the 300 block of west Edenton, discussion here, I see comments out there about “they want to build a 40-story building” and I just 
everytime.
Now, I know you all KNOW that this is a rezoning height limit rather than what is actually going to be built. So I joked on Twitter today. I do think this number, “40”, just sounds bad. Just for arguments sake, while 39 seems silly and 40 is a nice even number, I would be fine reducing it to 39.
