That last shot with downtown in the background shows how much more impact this tower will have compared to the FNB 22-story tower, which is barely visible. The 301H office tower will be about as high, but will really be able to show off from all sides with so much clearance around it.
Of course it’s going to start getting crowded when the other two building join the 301H pedestal and also the 400H project which should pop into skyline views on this side of town.

Seriously hoping 400H ends up going taller now that it’s changed hands and the height restrictions have been released… would be an amazing connector of Glenwood South to downtown proper. Mainly just want to see some height variation between it and 301H, since all 3 of those “towers” will be exactly the same height which IMO is gonna look so blah.

I believe that the bottom part would be parking deck with office on top with some retail on the street level.
