Is that Winter 2021, as in January - March 2021, or after Dec. 21st, 2021?

I’ve always wondered what exactly a “Winter 20xx” delivery actually means.

Winter 20XX begins on that year’s December, right? So I’m guessing (by the stage of construction) they have little more than a year left.

Does anyone know how many spaces are in that parking deck?

Here’s another angle to compare with the Holiday Inn I got yesterday. Taken from the Green Square Parking Deck.

19 floors right? Means there’s 7 floors to go plus all the bits on top. Don’t see why this won’t be topped out by the end of the year!

A good crew can pour a floor a week. Maybe with Covid precautions, it could take a bit longer, but I think you’re correct. No reason it won’t be topped before the end of the year.
