you can just make out husky boy from the photo @atl_transplant posted in the Seaboard thread. To the side of the Holiday Inn. You can really imagine what a few more stories wouldâve meant. If we luck out and this fills up quickly, maybe phase 2 will be taller!!

You can also see it really well from Tryon and 70 heading North out of Garner. It looks really tall from that vantage point.

Pretty nice looking building. I wouldâve added a few stories and some sort of peak / spiral something to that rounded corner to make add some flair
