Havenât seen this model posted before, screening on the parking deck looks different from the renderings.
Looks like an added green-wall - really hope this comes to fruition!

When we took the tour they made a point of saying they wouldnât be leaving the crane up until the second phase kicked off, which seemed obvious, but also made me believe phase II is around the corner. My assumption of course.
Hasnât the crane come down though? I doubt weâll see more activity on this site anytime in the next year at least
I mean, itâs the color green, but thatâs it. I donât think there will be any foliage, even temporarily. Even if Phase 2 doesnât connect to the parking deck it would block any sun from that face.
I really hope that their hotel portion gets built because weâll need more hotels downtown even after the hotel block gets built.

The construction elevator is coming down today. Also the curved glass is starting to take shape and looks nice.
Ended up pretty attractive from all angles, loving how it adds to the skyline from Dix Park especially!
It really has emerged from its ugly duckling phase and is looking great.
I am so happy to see this building in the final phases of construction. I was so tired of constantly riding by that parking lot that was there for so long. Time to âburyâ more parking lots under new construction!
Should be the halfway mark, since thereâs supposed to be a Phase 2 that they wonât talk about
I hate to say it and i knew I would but- that parking deck pedestal is hideous. I really hate the screening, and the building looks so small and slapped onto it. I really hope they hide any further parking in Phase 2âŚ
