From the article –
When Pendo moves in early next year, it will occupy half of the 280,000 square feet of office space, and the company’s name already adorns the top of the tower in pink letters.

Exactly- half the building with 5 stories. The other half is empty, and the remaining building is CARS CARS CARS baby!!!
that’s going to be a nice rooftop terrace for employees
I almost wonder if this is still in testing mode. A lot of buildings will test their new lights at their brightest settings…I’m cautiously optimistic that this is the case. But I do like the vertical lighting.
New info as if today:
Lights aren’t even really in testing mode yet. There’s a guy from NYC coming down soon to program the lights in conjunction with CBRE (mgmt co) and with some direction from the DRA. Light levels, colors, sync with the lobby lights, etc will be handled soon.
Also, we should see an updated ASR for phase 2 come through the wire in the near future. Single tower, apartments, will not look like tower 1 exactly but instead transition from the more glassy side of downtown to the brick/warehouse portion of downtown. Very deliberate design.
Good. I hated the mono-block design of the original plan. I hope it’s 20 stories.
It will be 20 stories.
You’re just a fount of good news today! Yay!

Next he’s announcing the Edge is about to break ground and new 40 story plans for Nexus right?
Ah good, I saw that the crown of Pendo was white the other night while Truist/PNC had their Christmas colors up and I got a little annoyed (yes, the first world-iest of first world problems).
They seem to have a big wooden pergola (is that the right word?) on the rooftop balcony space now. Seems a little incongruous with all the glass, but I bet it’s nice up there!
Your picture in the 400H Thread shows the lights rainbow colored, huge improvement, the white was making me a little nervous that it was all they had because it did not look good.
One night when they first lit it, it was cycling through about 8 different colors about 10 seconds each. It looked really cool
I’m looking forward to when they have it turned and properly programmed. I think we’ll all be pleased.
Sorry, I muted your posts and hadn’t seen this.
Or am obviously bad at paying attention
