Looks like the columns are going up for the 18th story (of 19). I guess this won’t quite top out before the end of the year, but it’s pretty close! Love seeing the glass go up.

20 is what it says on their website, so I guess you’re right. I keep counting 19 in the rendering.
Doesn’t quite add up to me; I’m thinking they’re counting the bottom 2 levels as 3 because there’s 3 levels of parking deck inside. So if that’s the case, 19 of 20 is starting construction with columns.

As far as I could tell, it looked like the 20th floor (final floor) was getting the columns going.

I really love how low the parking goes. Id be fine with parking podiums sticking around as long as they’re no more than 4-5 floors.

Now imagine the Kimpton Hotel tower next door. Also isn’t the 30 story tower where Legends is currently also in advance planning as well. That might go up faster than all the other stalled projects.

Dont forget the RUS/Union West tower, that would be to the left though.
