AC Hotel Raleigh Downtown

Looking at the actual plans tells a different story… There will be significantly more outdoor space on the east facing side of the hotel and bar. The bar backs facing east will have outdoor space on either side of the large windows, the Pergola covered section appears to have chairs in the renderings and judging by the close proximity to the rooms below, its unlikely this will be a pool.

Try to envision Level 7 bar at the North Hills AC, the hotel and bar arrangement are almost identical.

We definitely need to have a meetup here after it opens.

Seems to be pretty much the exact same layout as Level 7 in NH.

I like our east view of DTR for sunsets. The glow of the buildings is really something.

Definitely looks just like LVL 7 rooftop.

That southeast corner is going to be a coveted spot once it’s open. All the outdoor space will be open to the public?

It’s a new construction technique. You bend it after it’s built.

Hard to tell in these photos. But they’ve added LED lights strips to the exterior of the building. I’m enjoying this trend of buildings in DTR adding these!

I’m mostly just excited about the sidewalk upgrade. This part of Glenwood has always had a narrow awkward sidewalk. Hope the other properties around get redeveloped ASAP.

I agree and same here, we need at least another hotel or two nearby.
