It fits the location but that design would look strange in Raleigh.
Edit: as in bad

If by strange, you mean good, different and less bland…then, yes
I’m not a fan of the design.
Man call me a complainer but I’m not a fan of all the color-changing lights - looks tacky as hell to me, like one of those cheap party lights you’d buy at the dollar store. I so much prefer the static colored lights. I don’t mind them changing the color with each night, like the WeWork building does, that is cool.
Have you ever seen the lights on the exterior of the Cosmo in Las Vegas? Obviously this building is nowhere near as tall but the neon blue lights jump around from floor to floor and looks cool at night. Again, not gonna happen here as the lights here are vertical not horizontal but one can dream.
Old news. We were there yesterday…
Happy Birthday @OakCityDylan !!!
Thanks, @John!!!
Kind of reminds me of the AC’s rooftop in Asheville, minus the sweeping mountainous vistas
Also not a lot different than Level 7 in North Hills, just different views.
I was wondering where I had seen your face before. I’m in one of your pics.
Oh no!!! I’ve been discovered!!
Next time wave me down! Lol
There’s already a thread about this. Off topic and should be moved…
Well, that birthday is history, so we can just delete and move on. Nothing to see here.
Its nice to have a good rooftop downtown. Views are way better in person.
High Garden (old Solas) rooftop was nice as well. Way better than what Solas was. Definitely worth checking out
So can me and my date go to the rooftop tomorrow? Or are they still only allowing “hotel guests”
better question might be whether or not they even have hotel guests.
