That outdoor space is going to be nice, especially with that pool deck.
Here’s a snag of that area from an xtremetoonz aerial.
It just needs some water, sand, an a wave machine…

Leo , At this point , FNB Tower is my favorite !
Great picture and well taken!
I would say that it’s as much about the photographer, angle, and direction that this beautiful picture was taken, as the building itself.

The two buildings there are really working great together in a way you don’t often see in DT construction.
Agreed! As others have pointed out, it’s a shame that FNB isn’t ten stories taller.
10? Why not 20! Stack em to the moon
Anyone have any idea of when we can expect them to start installing the crown? I can’t wait to get a sense of what its true height will look like.
Don’t know the technical reason but Smoky Hollow has had their cranes down for a couple of months (?) and still don’t have the top wall crown thing done. It’s framed mostly I think but not done. With that, maybe they’ll need the crane at FNB to erect that crown as it’s taller and more substantial?
Actually I had another Cell phone that I never used, I should of took more pics with that , the other one had a scratch lens making it look foggy. going to buy a new phone anyway.
Slightly more detail lol. Thanks!
I still really want to know what the final height is. Great pics though!
Nice! Maybe the tippy top of the crown is 1cm taller than the current #4 tallest? (the white tower in the last pic).
Unless the crown goes taller than it’s currently showing it will not be taller than the duke building.
Raleigh is allergic to 300-400 ft buildings
I expect the actual facade to be taller than the support beams, at least a few feet. (fingers crossed)
I’m starting to think FNB will be AS tall as One Progress at best. It’ll be lucky to hit 280ft at this point. Which is pretty disappointing since all the early talk was 290ft minimum and most thought 316ft.
Batophobia: the intense, irrational, and persistent fear of being in or near tall buildings.
May describe someone you know…
