FNB Tower (Charter Square)

Prince Hall Historic District. That’s a minefield.

Fair. Still, from an aesthetic position, they would look great there.

IMO, they could really rock an improved streetscape plan with a narrower street and a better landscape plan.

I guess I should look for property in East DTR the views are the best.

But from this angle it looks like FNB tower is shorter than Duke Progress tower.

And some protected bikeways. Easily wide enough to add them w/o losing any parking.

Now imagine that with 121 Fayetteville and the money shot will look very sophisticated

The money shot is lookin good with FNB Tower and its finished crown. Very impactful. Adds more modern blue glass to the scene. Reminds me of how the SECU tower also glammed up it’s location.

Absolutely! Come and join us on the east side. The views are terrific and we have a wonderfully diverse neighborhood.

Makes one wish the Red Hat building was a fair bit taller.

Great pictures, thank you!
Funny though, how East-Siders are always looking West…must be the great views…:joy:

If the East siders were looking east, wouldn’t they be West siders?

Those are some great views from the Ware. I was wishing that they had rooftop decks but those views are great and maybe those decks aren’t needed after all.

Agreed. No rooftop decks is a missed opportunity.

Maybe, but I would never use it. I like the clean atheistic of the building. The small deck in the back is plenty for me and views toward downtown still good. Hopefully the Saxahapaw Grocery will start soon once the final townhouses are finished.
