Transfer dining opening on Thursday. Will have indoor and outdoor plus they will also use the newly added ballroom for additional seating. Should work nicely here.

I’m much more comfortable with this kind of dining experience at the moment. Order from a counter, and go sit by yourself. I want those bagels, man… so bad…

No, that spot is a mess still. Townhomes all completed and occupied now so hopefully the store will start soon.

Unless you include 400H and RUS Tower, But I’m just guessing. 
As cautious as they are about reopening the food hall , I will be surprised if this gets started this year.

I should mention I spoke w/ the GM a few weeks ago, and he said that- even in the midst of all this- they are aiming for August start on Sax. General’s building. That, and the “modernist barn” looking render someone here posted a while ago is correct.

That would be great. I emailed them about the trash mess on that plot but no response .
Cleaning up plot for grocery. Doubt construction is imminent. My incessant bitching about the mess to them may have triggered it.

That prototype is legit, too! I mentioned to Nick (the GM) how I liked the “modernist barn” design and he laughed at my description but said it was the look they are going for!
