Maybe so, but it will look much better than what’s there now. The fenced in area is depressing to look at. Anything will be an improvement. It’s such a high profile location.

…it’s likely gonna be the ass-end of a massive exposed parking deck immediately dead-center of the Saunders St money-shot view. Hope I’m wrong, but I’m almost certain that’s what the plans revealed.
Would prefer that the site remains in its current state for several more years? I haven’t seen the plans but currently, the site is an embarrassment. I have to wonder if folks are just estimating using the highest threatened tariff costs, regardless of whether those are actually in play right now?
Well, thank god at least egg prices and groceries have come down to make up for everything else! Oh wait…
Trumpflation. We’re seeing it too at work from several suppliers that have sent us price increase notices due to tariffs.
The market likes certainty. To say that we don’t have any certainty right now is an understatement.
Certainly there wasn’t an expectation of certainty with the newly elected POTUS. Well, certainty of no consistency.
certainly, certainty, certainly, certainty…
Say that 10 times fast.
