I’m holding out hope that the LS3P architects (or whomever else) designed this building’s plaza area across from the giant globe across the street to be complimentary in terms of iconic or interesting…Since we’ve seen no renderings I’m going to live in that dream knowing there’s a huge chance I’ll be disappointed. Size and height would be great, but i’d almost prefer it be something to extend the attractiveness and make the area, for lack of a better term, instagram-able and be something recognizable to see in a photo with existing downtown taller buildings behind it and instantly know “that’s Raleigh”
