Mama Crow’s (Burgers and Salads) will have its grand opening Saturday 7/13
Also Burial Beer posted pictures of their expansion progress, which is badly needed. It’s pretty difficult to get a beer and relax in their current space.

The townhomes at Ware have almost sold out. Only one unit remains in the final under construction section. The prices have been raised twice since I purchased only 45 days ago. Completion for the final section should be completed Jan or Feb. Four of the five townhomes have all gone under contract within the last 30 days, I expect the last one should also sell quickly. I think once the food hall got started it really showcased this location.
That’s great! This is Monarch Realty, right?
Yup. Good guys to work with. Seems like the Fairweather is also doing well. They told me already 60% pre sold. Don’t think a lot of discounting going on there either now that they have obvious gotten construction loan. I just prefered to see competed construction before purchasing. Liked the townhome concept over condo and I never could get a grasp on the views from the Fairweather and was a little concerned about train noise.
We’re something like 15% up over initial pricing for the units so no complaint there. I’d prefer having more inventory downtown to control that inflation some but I’ll take the equity. Certainly understand wanting to see before buying. We’re cautiously optimistic. And the train, well, we’re not even a block from it now, and we’ll be a tad closer at the Fairweather so it’ll be just a bit more a part of our lives. Lol
Congrats! The renderings were stunning! You will be well rewarded for your foresight. The outdoor areas were phenomenal.
Looks like Burial Beers expansion is complete and throwing a Grand re-opening Party this Friday.
I never thought their old space was ever big enough when they first opened.

Local Seafood now has a sit down menu for the weekends. Waiter service etc. Might expand the range of customers who may want a more restaurant type experience.
I noticed one unit had a solar sign out front…I assume they have panels on the roof? If so, do the HOA by-laws address their usage in any way? (encourage, discourage, disallow entirely, allow with guidelines…)
Thanks for any insight.
I was wondering the exact same thing. Saw the solar sign out front and the sticker on the electric box. I don’t know any neighbors yet and have not fully read HOA details. I’m very curious also, will try to get that info.
Wanted to share this event, co-hosted by Transfer on 10/28. Additional information on the event page here:Redirecting...
Transfer Co. is certainly a more beautiful space, and there’s the argument that the food is better, but it just seems to have less energy and options compared to MSFH.
The fact that it is full of children running around certainly kills the coolness of Transfer Co.
I still can’t shake the ‘energy’ from the old Jillian’s at MSFH. It’s more GloSo than warehouse…which is now true for the district, save maybe Humble Pie once 5Star moves.
I hope Transfer keeps its vibe and both it and MSFH remain profitable to benchmark new opportunities.
MSFH is right in the heart of the Warehouse district, surrounded by ample parking, offices, retail, etc. Transfer is still considered off the beaten path a bit, but every time I’m in there it’s still packed - perhaps the “less energy” is because there’s just more room to breathe compared to MSFH ! I also much much much prefer the options at Transfer - there may be less options, but (for the most part) they are just better options - quality over quantity. I dig it.
I’ve only been there a couple of times, and neither time was packed.
It is a lovely space though.
So, being like Glenwood South is a bad thing??? Is that what you’re saying?
