If we base it off the original scale, the ceiling of the 23rd floor ends at 271 feet. Assuming the mechanical and screening floors will remain the same, that’s another 35 feet, so just over 300 feet or slightly taller than One Progress on Fayetteville St.

You didn’t hear? They had to downscale this development even further so now it’s just gonna be a 3-story parking deck built out of gravel.

It’s interesting because the website says that the bus station will open in mid-2025 but the private development will open in 2026-27.

Would it have just been easier to just use the existing brick and rebuild the facade? To take that much effort to save so little of importance. Oh yeah, it’s a government funded project.
