Y’all it’s only been a week, there’s a truck there doing stuff, and they are literally required to spend the federal dollars. Breathe.
They have permits to do the pile foundations.
And, they have submitted for the remainder of the foundations and the building permit. I also believe that the site permits have been issued.
This just in:
Highwoods in discussions to acquire 210 West S. Street, the location of the much anticipated “Raleigh Union Station Bus Station” in Downtown Raleigh. Source say as soon as the CEO of Highwoods, Ted Klinck, saw the well graded gravel lot he immediately reached out to make an offer on the property.
Story is still developing…stay tuned.
True that. In construction, the same crew doesn’t do every piece of work. Once one crew comes in and does their thing, they move on and the next crew comes in when they can. It’s not like the next ones are sitting idle ready to pounce. It’s going to be ok.
