But…I would say that while DTR is certainly growing, it’s more like that kid at that “awkward” age…

I am loving the rise of Glenwood South dist. The top of that grey, drab parking deck needs some color or a mural though. From this angle it’s gonna stick out like a sore thumb.

I think there will be apartments around that parking deck up to top of black sealant on wall. They will hide a lot of it.

The grey top of that deck (to the right) will still be visible from this angle, is what I’m saying. Any roofline shots will have it sticking out. Some paint would be nice. Mural even better.

Wow that’s a cool shot. That’s a new angle for me… I was having to stare at it a bit to figure what’s in that view. It’s like there’s 5 new buildings there…
