nice shot, now for phase 3 to start building.
It looks like it would take about two days to drive up &/or down that parking garage…Lol
Yeah, selfishly, I wish they had installed the 1 day parking deck.
Is there a tenant already signed for the office building??
Clancy & Theys for one.
Wow. I can’t believe the Peace Apartments were that far along a year ago and still aren’t open. I mean, Kane gets stuff done, but it seems a year is a long time to go from the first picture to what we have today which is still not open to the public (BUT SOON!).
Yeah, all those compressors have been sitting there well over a year and not used. Good salesman!
I don’t think that it’s a matter of not being able to open the Peace Apartments earlier as much as it may be a function of coordinating the timing among all the phases of the project and the completion of Johnson Street.
Wow it’s been a year already?!
They always said Spring.
Anyone know what’s going on right now? Cops closing off the streets and it looks like all the workers leaving…
Not sure. I’m about to go down to Little City to grab some Crowlers and can roll over that way and investigate. Stay tuned.
@R-Dub, what you see?
Can’t see much. Just a police car. May be paving related.
looks lot’s of yellow and orange vested workers walking down street.
Gas leak.
Oh wow! That’s actually better (from one perspective) than them shutting down all construction because of covid-19. But after the Durham gas explosion, also very scary…
