What’s happening on the property just south of phase 3 lot? I see some equipment working there.
I assume it’s part of the road expansion and Capital Blvd project
It has something to do with water and utilities in that area. It is where a gas leak was yesterday as well. I swear they are redoing something from last year.

The new Johnson Street between phases 1 and 2 is getting a fresh coat of asphalt today. And, construction fencing is now separating the two phases. I suspect residents will be moving into phase 1 soon.

when can we expect to see phase 3 start ? does anyone know ?
Before we see phase 3 start, we’ll see building plans and a traffic study. I expect we’re a year out for that part, at least 2 years out before we see any action on that lot.
