Do unto your server as you would have them do unto you.
Hope there’s some on-street parallel parking through here because it will be a drag strip otherwise.
Don’t you love how they put in these 40 year old trees to screen the Publix parking deck for the video?
Thanks for pointing that out John. For a minute I was looking for it.
I was wondering were the forest at end of street came from
So many string lights!!!
Smoky Hollow - where the streets are always wet
Nice video. LOL at the mature trees and wet streets as pointed out by @John and @Tenkai.
Also, no people in the video bc everyone is socially distancing. Was hoping we would be done with that by the time this phase of Smoky Hollow is done.
Go look at the @R-Dub photo from a few days ago to see what those trees look like right now.
No people? This lockdown is going to continue for some time, then.
Great marketing video, exactly as it should look, vision, vision
same for the image renderings! I pointed out the “strategically placed trees” a few months ago lol.
look at the second view I posted, of the courtyard. Those trees are unrealistically large and lush to block the view of the parking deck. In reality, if those trees actually even get planted there, they are not going to provide that kind of screening for a good number of years.
Some of these renderings get so sneaky with the entourage… you’ve really gotta take them with a grain of salt
Also, I am not so sure when the north sky would ever look like that, especially during weather when kids can comfortably wear shorts.
A Friday update …
Capital Blvd has been totally paved. I guess the bridge project is almost complete but there is still no artwork and lighting that is working on the Bridge yet.
The Line apartments along West have topped out and roofing being installed.
The office building continues to progress with a bunch of mechanicals going on the roof.
Is Peace done? I haven’t driven over there in weeks.
Good point. Not quite. I’ll take my sanity walk over that way today.
