lol, think it would be cheaper to lower the street. Raising the bridge would require raising the tracks for several 1000 feet so may not be option in that location.
Oh man that’s it! I’ve been wondering why they chose that…duh…makes total sense now
Nice, look at all those pre-bored holes. They are definitely installing decorative cladding here.
Art panels…
let’s face it, no artists are involved in the making of a bridge panel…
Thus, my use of the smirk emoji homie
Apparently today’s unlucky truck was carrying—of all things—sugar for Krispy Kreme.
That was in the last few days.
Damn I forgot to add my watermark to Dylan’s drone photo, and now they stole it…
Kane hasn’t asked for any shots from me lately so not mine. LOL
But I think you can see our balcony from this angle. Just over the wall of the Phase 2 deck.
Those are the affordable housing units
Honestly this wall is one of the better looking parking decks in the city in my opinion.
Two of the other sides are wrapped with apartments. The 4th faces the West parking deck and isn’t too pretty.
Yeah the back wall is not great
They said they were going to dress it up some. We will see.
I really hope someone else sees potential in the two lots with the train tracks. It would be really cool if the two lots on the right of the picture we’re covered with 10+ story apartment buildings or maybe one long one that was over a tunnel area for the tracks.
All will have to go a LONG way to match PNC’s deck. It set the bar really high. I’s a league of it’s own are far as Raleigh decks go.
