Yeah but that doesn’t really affect anyone important…
I do hope that once this is all completed, that they do some cool murals and artwork on the 2 decks. Trying to be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt

I’ll have 3 in a row in here I think. Here’s Capital and Peace St. bridge.

I kind of like this default angle on The Peace Apartments. You’ll notice the final grade asphalt on Harrington and Peace as well.

These are incredible! Also that fresh asphalt looks so satisfying!
But it’s dirty, already has tire marks on it. @R-Dub was going to go back out and clean it off.
Not sure if that is 6 feet…
Count the squares. They are two feet.
My OCD kicked in. Hoping Mother Nature cleans it up with her mop and bucket this evening.
So do we know if there is a set opening date for phase 1? I know they have said things like April and spring but it seems like there should be a date at this point.
@R-Dub said earlier today he heard they moved it to May.
Makes sense it would be delayed. It just look so close to being done!
May is less than two weeks away.
Yeah I guess not much of a delay but you know time moves a lot slower when you’re working from home
Hmm, I don’t remember this from the Capital bridge project plans. Doesn’t seem like that car access should be there if that is supposed to be a park. All that land was just temporary staging area for the Capital Blvd projects, right? So there shouldn’t be a need to provide new access since all the previous City operations there have moved.
A lot has to happen before that is a park. And, many parks have parking.
