At The Line we got a memo that J. Lights Cafe was supposed to start construction earlier this month. But haven’t seen anything yet, been a week or so since I’ve went down there tho haha.
Madre looks like they’ve done some minor prelim work on a potential floor plan. They had blue painters tape all over the floor.
As for any new additions, not that I know of. Tho Milk Lab was a late addition to the list of future tenants if you missed that one.

I wonder what happened to Crunkleton? They were initially reported to be coming to Smoky Hollow, but haven’t heard any news that they’re actually coming.

Some photos of the Hollow below. It’s real nice and I can’t wait until these spaces are filled. It has everything except for people.
You get a lot of criticism of new development, as it lacks some of the details of older buildings. I’ve always thought that older buildings were new once so it just takes time for them to build character. But I wonder if stuff like this is what “feels” wrong with some of the new dev. All these rules, and in the case of Smoky Hollow, you got Kane’s own security force. It’s like it starves creative energy. Any thoughts or am I just feeling high after a long-morning walk on this beautiful Spring day?
