I’ll disagree to that statement too. I strive for Raleigh to be more like the Wynwood District in Miami. Every single building in that district is covered in art. It’s awesome and the art alone makes it a huge tourist destination

IDK… Wynwood is a bit garish IMO. The art scene in Raleigh is nowhere near as “out there” as Miami.

Oh for sure, we’re far away from being “out there”. We can count how many murals we have downtown on like one set of hands. But I’d love for us to embrace more art and embrace some quirkiness to our city.
