Smoky Hollow Phases 1, 2, and 3

Funny you noticed that. I did too. Also, I have never seen that deck as full (100 percent and cars still circling) as it was Saturday night.

No method to upload a pic but the signs along Harrington are advertising several of the buildings. “The Line” apartments. 421 N Harrington office. And then Smoky Hollow in general. This is all along the Ph II fence.

Are you referring to the advertisement on the fence screening?

Yessir…typing extra stuff because I have to.

I have some photos of that fence screening. Let me look and see if they are worth posting.
FWIW, you can get to the 20 character minimum more easily if you use emojis at the end. Many are worth several (or more) characters.

I’m a block away if we need a refresher.

Looked at my photos. They aren’t comprehensive enough to post. Snap on!

RLGH NC but then the twitter handle is @SHRALEIGH … i am confused

Yeah, these are much better than my photos (which are more oblique). There’s also some nice renderings of phase 1 on the screening that surrounds phase 1. One is a sexy photo of a community room that faces Harrington with the skyline in the background. That protruding element on the Harrington facade is the outdoor space associated with that community room.

You’re very picky. :rofl: I’ll get more tomorrow. I’ll take the long way to work.

Easily doubled my commute this morning but got all the SH signage @John can handle. May be some dups. :man_shrugging:t3: Also cropped for your viewing pleasure.

I think he got a new bridge to walk over to South Beach. Probably out a bit too late.

@R-Dub @OakCityDylan
No regrets! Up and at 'em…somehow.
:wink:
Bridge isn’t open yet BTW. They still have ramps to build!

Looks passable to me!

The other side has much taller drop and a quagmire of pre-ramp things to navigate. This side of the bridge is actually a raised neighborhood. The city actually raised all the roads and public right of way by 3 feet and built new seawalls. The other side of the canal has yet to be raised. If you look at the left side of the photo, you can see the difference between the private property seawall and the new one that hosts the bridge.
