I won’t be in town.
I’ll be at work since I need that to keep my house, until they make some affordable housing for me downtown.
I don’t land until close to 5pm.
Wonder if this is the same exact mobile crane used at the begin of the One Glenwood project. I remember it was red and the same model.
Hey all. How are those emails to council coming along?
Update, in case this wasn’t clear for all of you (wasn’t for me), tomorrow’s 2p meeting is still a Public Hearing. This is the last opportunity to voice your support for this project. At the end of the public hearing portion of the agenda for this project city council (and probably the Mayor) will vote to either close the public hearing or keep it open. It’s suggested the vote to close the hearing will likely be the same or very similar to the vote in support of the rezoning request. The actual vote would then take place on September 3rd. For instance, if the vote to close the public hearing is 6-3 (they’re expecting at least 2 no votes (Steph/Cox) than the rezoning vote will likely be 6-3 or very similar.
To reiterate, while it’ll be good to go to the actual rezoning vote on Sept 3rd (if that’s when it ends up being), the opportunity to voice your opinion on the case is tomorrow.
My dissertation was sent to them all!
I’ll be there.
Emailed them this morning. Short & sweet. I support it!
@dtraleigh Please keep us posted on how the Council meeting goes today. TIA.
Regarding Phase 3 rezoning to mixed use 40 stories… per today’s public hearing agenda:
Consistent with Future Land Use Map
Consistent with 2030 Comprehensive Plan
North Central CAC voted in favor 10-5
Planning Commission voted in favor 6-1
Seems like a slam dunk touchdown ace to me.
Now you jinxed it!
I’m literally standing exactly where you took this picture
The “lady” down front?
@Will I’m sitting on the left but it’s tight so far.
Kane still has to submit their conditions before Friday, the public hearing closed, they will most likely vote at next council meeting.
