330 W Hargett - Legends block now DX-40

Flex closed at the end of last month. They have a temporary spot in the Legends Complex (the bar in the back with the video screens) and the gender neutral toilets. They will be announcing their new spot soon. Rumored to be some building off Boylan I believe.

Pretty sure this is the new location for Flex, other members of the forum have been discussing this in another thread recently.

I think it already has in terms of rezoning. I think they have building permits already.

Yes, it’s that one. They’ve been renovating the building and there’s a barricade next to it that says “Flex parking only.”

Someone mentioned that Goodnight’s had considered the Kimbrell’s space on Fayetteville before settling on the VD. Could be an option for Legends?

Wayyyyyy too big a space to be wasted for just a bar/club. Place is huge and has such a prominent location, it simply must be reserved for an entertainment option that any/all could enjoy.

But we’re getting a Selfie Museum instead? I guess that’s “entertainment”.

To be fair, that’s barely a step above a Spirit Halloween store in terms of permanence. Just something to fill the space and bring in people and dollars.

Hold up, is that going in the Kimbrell’s space?? I thought that was somewhere else…

Sorry, looks like it’s next door.

Personally, I’d rather take selfies at a Spirit Halloween…

Maybe there include some space for a tenant uhm I need to see the designs. A luxury store could be good.

Heh, I guess you didn’t frequent South Beach clubs in the late 90s early 00s like I did, lol.

Oh, I know those clubs. I could never get in because I didn’t dress the part or have the right car.

I was in elementary/middle school in the late 90s/early 00s :innocent:

They were so big you had to bring your car in with you?! :upside_down_face:
