Wondering if they’re getting ready for Phase 3? Probably not since I don’t think there’s even site plans yet, but I guess demo could still start…

Sadly they said they don’t have any immediate plans for Phase 3, maybe a year or two before they start. But it is supposed to be basically 10 stories of residential, along with a parking deck. They did say they were trying to get the 2 old houses on Boylan at the tail end of their current property.

You live in the houses slated for demolition when/if phase 3 is built?
Phase three (to my knowledge) currently only consists of the yoga studio, the old pizza place and the empty field. There are two big old houses further down Boylan that haven’t been sold to developers yet but it is just a matter of time.

Looks great, needs more retail. You know your downtown is struggling when your airport has more retail.
Does that have a top golf swing suite? Or is it just a more general thing.
It’s not branded Top Golf but it has different modes for soccer, golf, football, tic-tac-toe, skeet shooting, etc. Pretty cool.

Any news on possible tenants for those courtyard buildings ?
All the said is that they’re still available.
BTW, both corners of Tower Two that face Hillsborough have been built out for restaurants.
