Don’t worry plenty chances to get even shorter before it gets built. Seems like we lose 2 floors every 6 months.
In 10 years it could be a giant underground apartment labyrinth.
32 story seafoam green tower and bus station!! Oh what could’ve been!
At least we’d have a tourist draw with something like this. From the picture I count at least 8 people that could spend their money in Raleigh if we had this instead.
Will never work here. No parking.
You have to id this place for us, please. That is just crazy. My guess is some place in India.

There’s a whole bunch of cool step wells in this article: https://www.travelandleisureasia.com/in/destinations/india/iconic-step-wells-india/
All this basically lines up with the approved ASR set.

Warning for this next link (the actual plans I pulled from the link above)… it’s a beefy PDF, coming in ~78MB.
Also, if that SPR filing is a typo (which I think it is) it certainly would not be the first like that I’ve seen on the development portal…
I am not sure how we get to 360 ft with only 25 floors of residential. I can’t imagine the slab to slab distance for the tower floors to be much more than 10 feet. Even if those floors are on top of parking and a tall bay for the busses, it still doesn’t seem to add up. Maybe there’s a sizable crown on top of this one?
I hope we get some type of crown on this, so many of the towers we’ve been getting recently look very samey.
Yeah, there is almost 40 ft of structure on top of the last residential floor. This image is from the appearance committee doc, so the floor count is probably wrong, but you can see the top of the residential portion is 345 ft and the crown surpasses 380. Also the floors are 12 ft which is pretty tall for residential.
I think this is the most updated plan set we have, and it shows 2’ less in height. The floor count is right, just keep in mind the parking is fairly significant on this too. The first 6 floors are bus/retail/parking.
It’s a football pitch.
Urban pasture, but where’s the potty…?
bring back the toilets or we riot
For dogs, it’s one giant toilet.
