Retirement home/hospital vibes lmaooooo
ABC11 did a story about the number of retirees growing in Raleigh:
Some retirees followed their working kids to the area, others have lived here and are transitioning from SFHs to retirement communities.

I mentioned this the other day in another thread. There are a lot of SFHs in suburban Raleigh that are currently occupied by retirees and empty nesters. Those homes and neighborhoods will only densify as those residents move on or pass on.

They have plans for the stadium
To me Bonner did not say anything new from the last meeting. They hope to start grading & possibly the 7 story multi-family 1,000 units project this 4th Quarter. Still trying to get enough financing.
